Copra is dried meat or kernel of coconut (Cocos Nucifera) cut in half with husk and shell removed. Consist of white fleshy edible meat and outer brown skin. We dried copra with sun or oven dried method into specific moisture categories. Copra is valued for the coconut oil from which it is extracted and the resulting residue, copra meal or copra cake. This is highest grade usually a fine, well-processed half-cup of coconut kernels. Also known as White Copra and food grade copra. It is clean and fit for consumed directly. Important ingredient in Pakistani cuisines but it can be processed at the highest quality of coconut oil.
